Strictly Limited Games has partnered with MY.GAMES to release a physical box version of the action-scrolling action game Blast Brigade vs. the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread in very limited quantities with two forgettable versions of Limited Edition and Special Limited Edition. The physical box version is slated to launch for Sony and Nintendo consoles in the fall of 2023. Players can now pre-order from March 5 on the Strictly Limited Games store page.
Blast Brigade vs. the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread owns a bright cartoon graphic style, with humorous “fourth wall” breaking dialogues based on 80s spy movies. Notably, the game is developed by Allods Team developer. Arcade building is quite challenging. If the player is not careful, even normal enemies can cause the control character to “log out”. Boss battles are more than that, delivering epic and memorable confrontations.
Experience Blast Brigade vs. the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread is a unique blend of metroidvania series and twin-stick shooters, incorporating some elements from the Megaman series. Players control four characters with unique skills and personalities, which can be swapped at any time depending on the “war situation” in the game. The metroidvania gameplay is synonymous with a non-linear experience, the stages are designed to connect to each other to create a large game world, allowing you to uncover secrets and collect resources to use to upgrade.
It is known that Strictly Limited Games will release the Limited Edition physical box game Blast Brigade vs. the Evil Legion of Dr. Cread for all three platforms Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in very limited quantities.
Specifically, the Limited version costs 29.99 USD / 29.99Euro with only 3000 copies for Nintendo Switch, while PS4 and PS5 split 1000 copies each platform.
The familiar Special Limited edition is produced in even smaller quantities. There are only 1500 copies for Nintendo Switch and equally divided PS4 and PS5 each platform only 500 copies. Price 49.99USD / 49.99Euro.
Currently, both physical box versions will be available for pre-order at 23:00 on March 5, 2023 (8 AM PST / 11 AM EST / 5 PM CET). Delivery is expected in the fall of 2023. Players can pre-order on the Strictly Limited Games homepage from that date.
