Glorious King is considered Tencent’s most successful MOBA game. Tencent continues to focus on this “goose that lays golden eggs” as it continues to expand the universe of the Glorious King. Besides Honor of Kings: World, Tencent has announced a new project called Codename Breaking Dawn. The announcement was made during a live broadcast on the 7th anniversary of the release of The Glorious King.

It is known that Codename Breaking Dawn is being developed by TiMi Studios. This is also the team behind the success of King of Glory and the version of Lien Quan. Most likely, Codename Breaking Dawn will be an online fighting game.

The characters in Codename Breaking Dawn are all from the Glorious Royal Family. However, the game setting will be different from the original version and not related in any way, except for the origin of the characters.

Currently, Codename Breaking Dawn has not yet determined an official release date because it is in development. However, according to the current mobile game roadmap, it is likely that Codename Breaking Dawn will be released in the fourth quarter of 2023.
