“Shocked” by the tolerance of Vietnamese people, spending 1,200 billion VND to buy iPhone 16 in just 1 day

Preliminary information from iPhone 16 retail systems in Vietnam, on the first day of sale (September 27), about 40,000 devices were delivered to customers, with revenue of more than 1,200 billion VND. Most of these are iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max, especially the Desert Gold Titanium color version, although the price is several million VND higher than other colors, or it must be purchased with accessories, insurance packages…

It is known that the number of iPhone 16 series distributed in the Vietnamese market in the first phase is about 55,000 – 60,000 units (this number is equivalent to last year). By the end of October, there will be about 120,000 devices distributed to genuine dealers.

According to reports from FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT, the expected number of deposit and retail machines on the first day of opening for sale of the system will be about 10,000 machines, with an estimated revenue of about 300 billion VND. The goal of FPT Shop and F.Studio by FPT is to deliver 20,000 machines to customers in the first days of opening for sale in September with an estimated revenue of about 600 billion VND. This system has also recorded nearly 50,000 applications for information and pre-orders for the iPhone 16 series.

The Mobile World and TopZone systems also recorded 60,000 orders, of which 40,000 were successful deposits. On the night of opening sale of genuine iPhone 16 series, this retail system delivered 3,000 devices to customers. And on the first day of sale (September 27), 20,000 devices were delivered to customers.

In the following days, the above retail system will have 10,000 more devices delivered to customers. Thus, the Mobile World and TopZone retail systems have so far delivered to customers about 25,000 iPhone 16 series, with an estimated revenue of about 750 billion VND.

Information from the CellphoneS system has also seen 30,000 customers receive information about the iPhone 16 series, including 10,000 customers who successfully pre-ordered. In the first 3 days of opening for sale, CellphoneS delivered 9,000 devices to customers, an increase of 50% over the same period last year.

Similarly, Viettel Store, ShopDunk, Hoang Ha Mobile systems also have sales of 2,000 – 7,000 devices.
