What is Ghost Drive?

Ghost Drive is a layer 2 blockchain above Filecoin networkfocusing on providing data storage solutions in the Web3 space. The platform allows users to post, organize, control, share… data in many formats, with the same operation as Google Drive.

The highlight of Ghost Drive is the application of blockchain and AI technology, aiming to provide the ability to store large amounts of data under Zettabyte size. The project goal is to expand storage space, save costs and improve data retrieval speed up to 20 times.

Ghost Drive application allows users to perform activities related to data management and storage. The product is available on two operating systems Android and IOS.

Some of the features that have been enabled in the app include:

• Tokenize data to crypto assets, there are 3 tokens supported by the protocol: ETH, FIL and MATIC.
• Share data in 3 ways: via link, via email and via token.
• Set up geographic data access via the GeoPin feature.
• Integrated data compression tool.
• Apply some security mechanisms: FaceID, 2FA, PIN code…

Telegram Bot – Data Guardians

Data Guardians is a bot integrated in the form of a mini-app on Telegram. Data Guardians allows users to store data directly on Telegram instead of having to download the Ghost Drive application.

How Data Guardians works is as follows:

• Users upload data to Data Guardians for storage. Data is supported in different formats such as: jpg, media, word…
• Each person will get 1GB of free storage space. To expand storage capacity, users can play Tap-to-Earn games right in the app to earn points (1 point = 1 Kilobyte). Or use Telegram’s Star points to buy storage space.
• Maximum storage capacity is 50 GB.
